Our mobile app development process covers the complete product lifecycle. We begin with a detailed discovery and requirements definition phase, working closely with the client to understand the user groups the app needs to serve, the core functionality required, the integration requirements with existing systems, and the commercial or operational outcomes the app needs to deliver. From this, we produce UX wireframes and, subsequently, full UI designs for review and approval before any development work begins. Development is conducted using the most appropriate approach for the project: native Swift for iOS when the project requires deep platform integration, native Kotlin for Android, or React Native and Flutter for cross-platform projects where a single codebase needs to serve both iOS and Android efficiently. Backend APIs and server-side logic are developed in parallel where required, with secure authentication, data storage, and third-party integrations built in from the architecture stage. QA testing covers functionality, performance, edge-case handling, and security across a range of real devices before submission. We manage the App Store and Google Play submission process, including the production of store listing assets — screenshots, preview video, app description copy — and support the client through the review process.
