Our design process begins with discovery: a structured phase where we examine the business in detail, study the competitive landscape, and define a clear picture of the target audience and their expectations. This research foundation informs every design decision that follows — from the information architecture and page layouts to the visual language, typography, imagery choices, and call-to-action placement. Every element of the finished design has a reason to be there. Nothing is decorative for its own sake. Once the design direction is agreed upon, we produce full mockups for desktop and mobile, incorporating client feedback through a structured revision process. We also test designs against accessibility standards, ensuring they work for all visitors regardless of how they access the site. The final design is handed over to our development team with comprehensive specifications, ensuring what was designed is what gets built.
